This Sweepstakes is independently operated by Suhag Jewelers and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following states and district who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry:
Employees, owners, immediate family members of Suhag Jewelers, and individuals directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible.
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Official Rules.
Suhag Jewelers reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes officially begins on October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
The giveaway runs for ten (10) calendar days.
Entries received after the official closing deadline will not be considered.
The Sponsor’s designated entry records will determine whether an entry was submitted within the promotional period.
Participants may enter through the official Suhag Jewelers Instagram giveaway post.

The three tagged friends are not required to follow Suhag Jewelers for the original participant’s entry to qualify.
Participants may submit additional comments tagging three different friends per comment, up to three (3) additional entries.
Optional Bonus Entry: Participants may share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @SuhagJewelers for an additional entry.
Entry and bonus-entry mechanics are subject to applicable laws and Instagram’s promotion policies.
No purchase or payment is required.
Each participant may enter using only one authentic Instagram account.
Participants may receive additional entries only through the methods expressly described in Section 4.

Entries that materially violate these Official Rules may be excluded from the random drawing, subject to applicable law.
All entry limitations will be applied consistently and in accordance with applicable law.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500 USD
The prize consists of the specific ring featured in the official Suhag Jewelers giveaway promotion.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or another jewelry item.
Ring resizing, alterations, upgrades, exchanges, and substitutions are not included unless expressly authorized by Suhag Jewelers.
The advertised prize will be awarded as described, subject to applicable law.
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The drawing will take place on November 7, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be administered by Suhag Jewelers or its designated representative using a fair and impartial random-selection process.
The potential winner must satisfy all applicable eligibility and verification requirements before being confirmed as the official winner.
The potential winner will be contacted by Suhag Jewelers through the official Instagram account, @SuhagJewelers, following the drawing on November 7, 2026.
The selected participant must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within the stated period, declines the prize, or fails applicable eligibility requirements, Suhag Jewelers may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing.
Suhag Jewelers will never require payment, credit card information, banking information, or a processing fee to claim the prize.
Participants should disregard messages from accounts impersonating Suhag Jewelers.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide:
Failure to complete legally permissible verification requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner.
The confirmed winner may collect their lab-grown diamond gold ring in person at:

The winner will have thirty (30) days from confirmation to arrange prize collection, unless otherwise agreed upon by Suhag Jewelers.
Prize collection will ideally be scheduled on or around Diwali, November 8, 2026, subject to eligibility verification and reasonable availability.
Insured shipping may be offered as an alternative for eligible winners who are unable to collect the prize in person.
Shipping arrangements, insurance coverage, and any applicable expenses will be communicated to the winner before fulfillment and must comply with the published giveaway terms and applicable law.
Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses associated with collecting the prize are not included.
The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving the prize.
Suhag Jewelers may require the winner to complete IRS Form W-9 or provide other legally required tax documentation.
Suhag Jewelers may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax reporting documentation as required by law.
The tax-reportable value of the prize will be determined in accordance with applicable tax rules.
Suhag Jewelers may disqualify participants or exclude entries involving:
All disqualification decisions will be made reasonably, consistently, and in compliance with applicable law.
Suhag Jewelers may preserve entry records and documentation of disqualification decisions for verification purposes.
The prize will be awarded as advertised.
If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Suhag Jewelers make the advertised prize unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
Suhag Jewelers will not materially change the prize, entry requirements, or selection process in a manner that unlawfully disadvantages existing participants.
Suhag Jewelers is not responsible for technical failures, Instagram outages, interrupted internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
If such circumstances materially compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may take legally permissible corrective action.
Any changes will be communicated transparently and administered in accordance with applicable law.

By accepting the giveaway prize, the confirmed winner grants Suhag Jewelers permission to announce their name, Instagram username, and general location on the company’s official social media platforms and website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The winner also agrees, subject to applicable law and any separately required consent, to allow Suhag Jewelers to photograph and/or record them during the prize presentation.
With the winner’s appropriate consent, Suhag Jewelers may use these photographs, videos, and related content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, the Suhag Jewelers website, and other official marketing channels.
Such use may occur without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Suhag Jewelers will obtain any separate written publicity or media release required by applicable law before using the winner’s identifiable image, voice, or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suhag Jewelers and its representatives are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is administered by Suhag Jewelers and not Instagram.
Entrants release Instagram from claims relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Sweepstakes is governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of New Jersey, without limiting any non-waivable rights available under applicable state law.
