Official Rules

PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 15. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 16, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.

1. Sponsor and Promotion

The Diwali Grand Giveaway 2026 (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Suhag Jewelers ("Sponsor"), 1367 Oak Tree Road, Iselin, New Jersey 08830. The Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes governed by these Official Rules. It is separate from the Suhag Jewelers Festive Sale, and no purchase during the sale or at any other time is required to enter.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 2, 2027 (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor's registration system is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway. The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, owners and officers of Sponsor, and anyone involved in running the Giveaway, are not eligible. Sponsor may ask for reasonable proof of age and identity before awarding a prize.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit Suhag Jewelers, 1367 Oak Tree Road, Iselin, NJ 08830, during regular business hours during the Entry Period, scan the official Suhag Jewelers Giveaway QR code displayed in the store, and complete the online registration form with your full name, email address and phone number. The QR code is available only in store. No purchase is required to visit the store, scan the QR code or enter, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Each valid entry gives one (1) entry to the person named on the form.

Each entrant must check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. An entry counts only when Sponsor receives it; proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period. If a person submits more than one entry, including by using different email addresses, phone numbers or identities, all of that person's entries, including the first, will be disqualified. Automated, false or manipulated entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or compromises the fairness of the Giveaway.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV")

• First Prize (1 winner): One diamond jewelry set: 14K gold diamond jewelry set, consisting of a necklace with 3.74 carats total weight of diamonds and matching earrings with 1.63 carats total weight of diamonds. Diamond color G-H, clarity VS. ARV: $12,711.
• Second Prize (1 winner): One 22K gold jewelry set and earrings. ARV: $7,500.
• Third Prize (1 winner): One Suhag Jewelers gift card with a face value of $1,100. ARV: $1,100.

The prizes awarded will be the items described above. Promotional photos are for illustration and will not materially misrepresent the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. No transfer, substitution, cash equivalent or replacement of a prize is permitted by the winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or a cash equivalent in a single lump-sum payment).

Note: Prize winners will be required to attend an award ceremony at the store, held when they pick up their prize. Details regarding attendance, the interview and filming are in Sections 7, 8 and 13 of these Rules.

Any difference between the ARV and any actual prize value will not be awarded.

6. Drawing and Odds

On January 5, 2027, Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries at its Iselin store, witnessed by at least two people and recorded in writing. The first entry drawn wins Third Prize, the second wins Second Prize, and the last wins First Prize. Each person, and each household, may win only one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Within three (3) business days after the drawing, Sponsor will make up to three (3) attempts to contact each potential winner by email and phone, using the information provided at entry. Each potential winner must come to the store and pick up the prize within seven (7) business days of Sponsor's first contact with the winner, bringing valid photo ID showing they are 18 or older and any required tax forms. Before receiving the prize, the potential winner must sign an affidavit confirming eligibility and compliance with these Rules. No one is a confirmed winner until this verification is complete.

A potential winner forfeits the prize if Sponsor cannot reach them after three (3) attempts, if they do not pick it up within seven (7) business days of Sponsor's first contact with them, or if they are found ineligible, do not sign the affidavit, or decline the prize. If a prize is forfeited, Sponsor will hold another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The new potential winner will be contacted and must pick up the prize under the same rules and timeline.

8. Award Ceremony and Prize Pickup

Prizes will be awarded "as is" at an award ceremony at Suhag Jewelers. Winners must attend an award ceremony on or about January 7, 2027 at Sponsor's retail location: Suhag Jewelers, 1367 Oak Tree Road, Iselin, NJ 08830. The award ceremony date and time will be confirmed or adjusted based on Sponsor's and winners' reasonable availability, within the seven (7) business day pickup period in Section 7. If any prize winner is unreasonably unavailable, in Sponsor's sole discretion, they may be disqualified and the prize forfeited, in accordance with these Official Rules. Winners must come to the store themselves to collect their prize. Prizes will not be shipped or mailed, and no one else may pick up a prize for a winner. Winners must show a photo ID and sign a receipt when collecting the prize. A prize not collected by the deadline will be redrawn under Section 7.

9. Gift Card Terms

Sponsor gift cards may only be used for purchase of eligible goods in store or on Sponsor's website. The gift card cannot be redeemed for the purchase of another gift card. Except as required by law, the gift card cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Sponsor is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. To the fullest extent permissible by law, in the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and Sponsor's sole liability, will be the replacement of that gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to verify your identity and gift card ownership before applying a gift card to any purchase.

10. Taxes

The value of any prize is taxable as income. Each prize winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes (if applicable), tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges, fees and expenses associated with the receipt of any prize. Sponsor will ask each winner for an IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner who receives prizes worth $2,000 or more.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, uses automated entries, enters more than allowed, or otherwise violates these Rules. Sponsor will not disqualify anyone for declining to receive marketing messages.

12. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost because of internet, phone or system failures outside its reasonable control. If fraud, technical failure or another event outside Sponsor's control seriously affects the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend it and, if needed, conduct the drawing from eligible entries received before the problem occurred. Any such change will be posted where these Rules are posted.

13. Winner Interview, Filming and Publicity

Each winner must take part in a short interview at the store when picking up their prize, and Sponsor may photograph, film and record the interview and prize pickup. By entering, each entrant consents to being photographed, filmed and recorded in connection with the Giveaway, including at the drawing and prize pickup. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants Sponsor and its agents the irrevocable, perpetual and worldwide right, without further notice, approval or payment, to use their name, town, photos, video, voice, likeness, interview and statements in advertising and promotion, including on social media, Sponsor's website, in store and in any other media now known or later developed. Sponsor owns all photos, video and recordings it makes in connection with the Giveaway, and entrants give up any right to inspect, approve or be paid for them. Where the law requires written consent, each winner must sign a publicity release at prize pickup before receiving the prize.

14. Privacy

Entry information will be used to run the Giveaway, check eligibility, contact winners and meet legal requirements, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at the website. Entering does not sign you up for promotional texts or emails; those require your separate consent. Sponsor may contact you about your entry or prize. If Sponsor's privacy policy or website terms conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

15. Release, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Each entrant agrees to indemnify the Released Parties against any claims, losses or costs caused by that entrant's violation of these Rules or unlawful conduct in connection with the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for losses caused by events outside their reasonable control in running the Giveaway, or for any misuse of a prize after it is delivered. Any recovery against Sponsor is limited to the entrant's actual out-of-pocket costs, with no punitive or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits Sponsor's responsibility for its own fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any right a New Jersey consumer has that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Disputes, Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

These Rules are governed by New Jersey law. Before starting any formal proceeding, entrants agree to contact Sponsor at suhagjewelers@gmail.com or the address above and give Sponsor 30 days to try to resolve the matter.

By entering, you and Sponsor each agree to give up the right to go to court and have a judge or jury decide any dispute about the Giveaway or these Rules. Instead, any such dispute will be decided by a single arbitrator in binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video, by documents only, or in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Sponsor will pay any AAA filing and arbitrator fees above the amount you would pay to file a claim in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous. Disputes must be brought individually. You give up any right to bring or join a class action, class arbitration or other representative proceeding.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration section. If AAA declines to administer the arbitration, it may be conducted by JAMS, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration service under its consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English and will be confidential. The arbitrator may award only the actual damages sustained, and may not award punitive or consequential damages except as required by statute. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, entrants and Sponsor each waive any right to a jury trial.

Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in Middlesex County, New Jersey. A court in Middlesex County may enforce an arbitration award. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section will not apply and disputes will be decided in a state or federal court in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Nothing in these Rules prevents an entrant from contacting a government agency.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If these Rules conflict with any advertising, these Rules control.

18. Third Parties and Trademarks

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any prize supplier, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Google or YouTube. Any third-party trademarks referenced in these Rules belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the Giveaway, not to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship. All questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway must be directed to Suhag Jewelers.

20. Jewelry Prize Details

Each jewelry prize is new merchandise from Sponsor's inventory. The diamond jewelry set comes with its diamond certification, and the gold jewelry set comes with a written description of its karat and weight. Jewelry prizes do not include resizing, repairs or any other services. The ARV stated in Section 5 is fixed as of the date these Rules are published and will not change with gold or diamond market prices. Jewelry prizes cannot be exchanged for other merchandise, gold, cash or making-charge credit.

21. Agreement to Rules

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor's decisions on matters these Rules leave to Sponsor, such as verifying eligibility and conducting the drawing, are final, but do not limit any right an entrant has under New Jersey law.

22. Prizes Must Be Claimed

Prizes will be awarded only to winners who are verified and claim their prize as these Rules require. Sponsors will not award more prizes than the three listed in Section 5.

23. Printing and Advertising Errors

If a printing, website or advertising error shows a prize, date or detail different from these Rules, these Rules control. Sponsor will correct any such error where these Rules are posted.

24. No Waiver

If Sponsor does not enforce a provision of these Rules at any time, it is not giving up its right to enforce that provision later.
