FESTIVE SALE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS

The promotion runs October 11 through November 15, 2026, at Suhag Jewelers, 1367 Oak Tree Road, Iselin, New Jersey, during normal store business hours.

Offers apply only to qualifying in-store purchases completed during the promotion period. Promotional benefits are not transferable, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or negotiated offers unless expressly stated in writing.

Promotional pricing does not apply to purchases completed before the promotion begins.

2. 22KT GOLD JEWELRY - UP TO 85% OFF MAKING CHARGES

Discounts of up to 85% apply only to the regular making charges for selected 22KT gold jewelry, not to the value of the gold itself. This is not a storewide discount.

Qualifying designs and actual discounts vary by item and will be disclosed before purchase. Any advertised savings must be calculated against a genuine, supportable regular making charge.

Gold prices may change. The gold value, discounted making charges, stone charges, other applicable charges, and sales tax, if any, will be disclosed before payment.

3. DIAMOND JEWELRY UP TO 65% OFF

Discounts of up to 65% apply to selected diamond jewelry only. Not every diamond item qualifies.

The discount for each eligible item is calculated from its genuine, supportable regular selling price. The regular price, applicable discount, final selling price, and any applicable tax will be disclosed before purchase.

4. IN-STORE PURCHASES ONLY

This promotion applies only to purchases completed in person at Suhag Jewelers. Online orders, telephone orders, and video-call purchases are excluded from promotional pricing.

5. NO HOLDS; FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED

Promotional merchandise will not be held, reserved, or set aside without full payment and acceptance of the sale by Suhag Jewelers.

Verbal commitments, inquiries, partial payments, or requests to reserve an item do not guarantee availability or lock in a promotional price.

Only qualifying transactions fully paid and completed during the promotional period are eligible.

6. FINAL SALE; NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

All promotional jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE. No voluntary returns, exchanges, refunds, store credits, or price adjustments will be offered, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies, including those relating to misrepresentation, defective merchandise, or other rights provided by law.

Customers should inspect the merchandise and review the item description, price, charges, and invoice before completing payment. No retroactive discounts apply to earlier purchases.

7. AVAILABILITY AND EXCLUSIONS

All promotional offers are subject to product availability and are valid only during the advertised sale period. Jewelry designs, sizes, styles, and quantities may vary. Suhag Jewelers does not guarantee the availability of any specific item and is not obligated to restock sold-out merchandise or extend promotional pricing beyond the sale period, except where required by applicable law.

Only specifically designated merchandise qualifies. Material restrictions, exclusions, and item eligibility will be disclosed clearly before purchase and in promotional materials where legally required.

8. COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WITH EVERY PURCHASE

Every customer who completes a purchase at Suhag Jewelers during the promotion period will receive one complimentary gift with that purchase. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Gift types, colors, or designs may vary based on available inventory. Suhag Jewelers may substitute a gift of comparable or greater value if the original gift is unavailable, without denying an eligible customer the promised gift.

Complimentary gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. This provision does not restrict rights required by law.

9. RECEIPTS, VERIFICATION, AND MISUSE

Customers are encouraged to retain their receipts; other reasonable proof of purchase may be accepted where required by law.

Suhag Jewelers may reasonably verify eligibility and payment authenticity. Fraudulent or duplicate claims may be rejected when supported by the facts and permitted by law.

10. PRICING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

All regular-price comparisons and advertised discount claims must be truthful, supportable, and compliant with New Jersey law. Applicable discount ranges, reference-price bases, and material conditions must be disclosed in the advertisement or at the point of display as required by law.

Genuine typographical, labeling, or calculation errors may be addressed only in accordance with applicable law. Suhag Jewelers will not use this provision to deny rights arising from completed purchases.

Product images are illustrative; actual weight, dimensions, stones, and other specifications may vary. The specifications of the item being purchased will be disclosed before payment.

A price inquiry or estimate does not itself reserve an item or guarantee a future price.

11. PROMOTION CHANGES AND LIABILITY

Suhag Jewelers may modify, suspend, or end the promotion prospectively where permitted by law, provided such changes are communicated appropriately and do not deprive customers of benefits already earned through qualifying completed purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, Suhag Jewelers is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from inventory unavailability or operational interruptions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• 12.1 Acceptance of Terms: By voluntarily participating in the Suhag Jewelers Festive Sale and completing a qualifying purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, provided they have been made reasonably available before purchase. These Terms and Conditions form part of the promotional sale agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• 12.2 Binding Sale Conditions: Customers agree to comply with all applicable promotional conditions, eligibility requirements, discount restrictions, payment requirements, and disclosed final-sale policies. Customers may not claim promotional benefits beyond those expressly offered under the published terms.
• 12.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suhag Jewelers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the promotion. Nothing in this provision limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts any non-waivable consumer rights.
• 12.4 Dispute Resolution: Customers agree to first submit any promotion-related complaint to Suhag Jewelers in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity for the company to review and resolve the matter before initiating legal proceedings, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
• 12.5 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections provided by applicable law.
• 12.6 Severability: If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
